How to....Classes

A class that looks at many different activities and skills for you to teach your dog. Everyone wants a content, happy and well trained dog, sometimes classes can get a little boring and repetitive though...NOT THIS ONE! This class runs in 4 week blocks. It looks at lots of different activities and skills that you can teach your dog from searching for drugs or explosives (neither will be in the class!), to fun agility. You or your dog will not get bored, they will learn lots of great new skills and have lots of fun.

The first block of classes will look at teaching the dogs how to search. Dogs noses are amazing, they are used to help us find drugs, explosives and even cancer or auto immune diseases.

Class takes place at the Dogs Trust in Glasgow. Wednesday evenings - First block is - 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd of February
Class runs from 6.30 pm till 7.30pm.

Special Puppy Classes - Irvine, Ayrshire

Ever had a dog that is nervous or stressed at the vets, groomers or when you are touching them?
Dogs being stressed in these situations is very common, especially when we are administering medication, clipping nails, brushing the dog or examining them.

This class is specifically designed to help teach the young dog that these events are normal and fun. It will teach skills that develop calmness and control whilst we examine and medicate the dog. These are skills that will help the dog throughout their whole life.

Classes run on Tuesday evenings at 7pm. They take place at Collier and Brock veterinary practice, Ballot rd, Irvine. KA12 0HW
The course consists of 4 - 45 minute sessions. Cost £10 per session.

Real Life Dog Training - For real life dogs

Classes are great...Sometimes though your dog just won't behave the same way when you are out on walks. Whether they are puppies learning about the world, adolescants struggling to cope with life (we've all been there!), or adults that have learnt some funny habits this NEW STYLE class could be your answer.

Lessons take place in Irvine, Ayrshire and consist of real life walks, focusing on YOUR REAL PROBLEMS, where you are seeing them. Jumping up at people, pulling on the lead, not coming back, not listening to you, forgetting all their training...We'll help you understand why, and deal with all of these problems and more.

Classes run throughout the year on Thursday evenings, attend for one block or come along for as long as you need us.
